Developed an internal ‘creative agency’ with our top ambassadors nationally, hosting quarterly workshops to develop new brand activations & to support various departments across the Red Bull organization.

Created annual collegiate & sampling business plan to increase consumption and drive brand relevance through innovation & key consumption occasions in partnership with Sales, Culture, Sports & Product Marketing teams.

Led the creative development of collegiate focused advertising in both traditional and innovative formats.
